Fascia Release Therapy (90 min)

A type of gentle, constant pressure and stretching technique that releases tightness and pain throughout your myocardial tissues.  Firstly, Deborah will locate trigger points, or knots, in your fascia tissues.  Then pressure is applied until she feels the tension release.  Clients often comment after session that they feel they have been freed up from restriction felt in the body and mind. This type of body work is excellent for releasing trauma which gets locked in the body from abuse and the pushing down of unprocessed emotions.  If you want to move forward in life with dramatic results then this treatment might just be the one to set you free from perceived limitation as the body ultimately holds the score.
